Welcome to my B & B, my name is Patricia, and I look forward to making your stay enjoyable.
Our bed and breakfast is in beautiful East Courtenay, on the scenic Oceanview Route (Highway 19A), approximately 90 minutes north of the Nanaimo ferries (or 70 minutes via the Inland Highway), 10 minutes from the Comox Valley Airport and about 15 minutes from the Powell River Ferry Terminal.
If golfing is your passion, there are 6 golf courses, all within minutes of our B & B. They include the world-class Crown Isle Golf & Country Club, Comox Golf Club, Mulligans, Sunnydale, Longlands and Glacier Greens.
Many beautiful parks and hiking trails are just a short walk or drive from Arbour Cottage B & B. For those who enjoy skiing, mountain biking or hiking, our Mount Washington, Strathcona Provincial Park and the Paradise Meadow Loop are only 45 minutes away.
If water sports are more to your liking, you can kayak along the rugged ocean coastline or dip a canoe paddle in nearby Comox Lake, while you attempt to hook the wily trout lurking in its peaceful depths.
Arbour Cottage is within walking distance from the unique shops and stores in downtown Courtenay, close to the Courtenay Aquatic Centre and North Island College.
After a fun filled day, you can relax in one of Courtenay's many excellent restaurants and bistros or enjoy a night out in one of the many pubs that feature live local entertainment.
Whether you seek an adrenaline rush on an alpine slope, or the serenity of a secluded beach stroll, the Comox Valley has something for everyone and Arbour Cottage is close to it all. It would be our pleasure to help you with your sight-seeing or travel plans in Courtenay and on Vancouver Island.
